According to regulations, initiatives must be drawn from the practical educational activities of individuals and groups, ensuring scientific nature and the ability to be applied and replicated in educational units in the province.
At the same time, initiatives must be new ideas and initiatives drawn from experience and creativity from reality by the author. The Department also requires that initiatives absolutely do not use topics that have been recognized in other competitions; scientific research topics at universities and colleges (theses, dissertations, etc.); topics that have been recognized by the industry's scientific council in previous school years to write their own initiatives. If there is a violation, the author must be handled according to industry regulations.
In recent years, to improve the quality of experience initiatives, the Department of Education and Training has conducted appraisals of registered topics before the authors organize implementation.
