Nghe An announces decision to appoint 12 Chief Justices of Regional People's Courts
On June 30, Nghe An Provincial People's Court held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to appoint the Chief Justice and Deputy Chief Justice of the affiliated regional People's Court.

This event marks the practical implementation of the policy of streamlining and streamlining the organization of the Court sector according to the regional People's Court organization model prescribed in the Law on Organization of People's Courts 2024 (amended), officially effective from July 1, 2025.
According to the Law on Organization of People's Courts 2024, the establishment of regional People's Courts is an important change in the organizational structure of the People's Court system, aiming to enhance the effectiveness of trial activities and meet the requirements of judicial reform. Implementing the general policy of the National Assembly and the Supreme People's Court, Nghe An Provincial People's Court has developed a plan to terminate the operations of 20 district, city and town People's Courts and establish 12 regional People's Courts under Nghe An Provincial People's Court.

The establishment of the Regional People's Court aims to realize the goal of streamlining the apparatus, rationally allocating resources, improving the quality of adjudication, and better meeting the people's demands in the new situation. This is a testament to the determination of the Party and State in building a modern, professional, honest, and serving judiciary.
The officials appointed to the positions of Chief Justice and Deputy Chief Justice of the Regional People's Court this time are all people with solid professional qualifications, political courage, clear professional ethics and have made many contributions to the work of adjudication and management. This is both an honor and a great responsibility in a transitional period full of challenges but also full of expectations.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Tran Ngoc Son - Party Secretary, Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court, congratulated the appointed comrades; in their new positions, they must continue to uphold their sense of responsibility, maintain their professional qualities, lead and organize the implementation of the tasks of resolving and adjudicating all types of cases and matters; improve the quality of adjudication, ensure compliance with legal regulations and in the spirit of judicial reform; must clearly understand and implement the goal of streamlining the apparatus, aiming at the ultimate goal of building an effective and efficient state apparatus, which is truly a powerful tool for the country's development and better meets the legitimate needs and aspirations of the people.

Vu Duc Thuy - Chief Justice of Vinh City People's Court - was appointed to the position of Chief Justice of Region 1 People's Court - Nghe An.
Le Thi Huyen - Chief Justice of Nghi Loc District People's Court - was appointed to the position of Chief Justice of Region 2 People's Court - Nghe An.
Phan Van Nguyen - Chief Justice of Dien Chau District People's Court - was appointed to the position of Chief Justice of Region 3 People's Court - Nghe An.
Hoang Van Thang - Chief Justice of Quynh Luu District People's Court - was appointed to the position of Chief Justice of Region 4 People's Court - Nghe An.
Cao Khac Chien - Chief Justice of Nam Dan District People's Court - was appointed to the position of Chief Justice of Region 5 People's Court - Nghe An.
