On June 26, 2019, the Party Central Committee issued decisions appointing 6 members of the Provincial Party Committee, including:

- Decision No. 1313-QDNS/TW appoints comrade Hoang Phu Hien - Director of Nghe An Provincial Department of Transport to join the Nghe An Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2015 - 2020 term.

- Decision No. 1322-QDNS/TW appoints comrade Dang Thanh Tung - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Anh Son district to participate in the Executive Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2015 - 2020 term.

- Decision No. 1326-QDNS/TW appoints comrade Thai Van Thanh - Director of the Department of Education and Training of Nghe An province to participate in the Executive Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2015 - 2020 term.

- Decision No. 1336-QDNS/TW appoints comrade Ngoc Kim Nam - Secretary of Do Luong District Party Committee to join the Executive Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2015 - 2020 term.

- Decision No. 1338-QDNS/TW appoints comrade Nguyen Van Hai, Secretary of Tuong Duong District Party Committee, to join the Executive Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.

- Decision No. 1339-QDNS/TW dated June 26, 2019 appointing comrade Pham Tuan Vinh - Secretary of Thai Hoa Town Party Committee to join the Executive Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2015 - 2020 term.
