Previously, on September 12, the Department of Economic Infrastructure of Quy Chau district inspected a series of gas stations regarding the supply of gas in the area. The inspection team conducted an inspection at Van Van Gas Station in Tan Huong block, Tan Lac town, Quy Chau district. At the time of inspection, the store announced that other items were sold normally, except for E5RON 92 bio-fuel.
At the time of inspection, the Quy Chau District Agricultural Supplies Gasoline Store, a franchise of Nghe An Petroleum Company in Tan Huong block, Tan Lac town, Quy Chau district, stopped selling all. Specifically, Ron95-IV gasoline and 0.05 diesel were both reported to be out of stock, while E RON 92 biofuel was not for sale.
Working with the inspection team, the gas station owners explained that the commission discount for retail agents was too low, not enough to cover costs, so the more they sold, the more they lost. The inspection team then asked the store to contact the focal agency to provide goods according to regulations.
