Nghe An has 10 communes achieving model New Rural Area status.
(Baonghean.vn) - 4 communes have just been recognized as meeting the model NTM standards in 2023, including: Nghi Van commune (Nghi Loc), Hung Tan commune (Hung Nguyen), Tang Thanh and Son Thanh communes (Yen Thanh).
Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 4357/QD-UBND on recognizing "Standard Commune"Model new countryside".
Accordingly, in the province, there are 4 communes recognized as model new rural areas, including: Nghi Van commune (Nghi Loc), Hung Tan commune (Hung Nguyen), Tang Thanh and Son Thanh communes (Yen Thanh).
The communes were awarded a welfare project worth 700 million VND.
The Provincial People's Committee requested the Steering Committee for the National Target Program on New Rural Construction in Hung Nguyen, Nghi Loc, Yen Thanh districts and newly recognized communes to continue to maintain and improve the quality of the achieved criteria in the coming time.
Thus, after more than 12 years of implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Construction, up to now, the People's Committee of Nghe An province has issued a decision to recognize 313/411 communes meeting new rural standards, of which 59 communes meet advanced new rural standards and 10 communes meet model new rural standards.
