Notably, statistics in the first 3 months of the year show that Nghe An province has registered 3,935 new cars, 28,428 motorbikes, 1,478 electric motorbikes. Thus, the total number of vehicles currently managed in the area is 106,803 cars, 1,567,264 motorbikes, 75,364 electric motorbikes.
The report pointed out that the high traffic density, in addition to limited funding, has led to many "black spots" on some routes being slow to be repaired, not being upgraded, and not being handled promptly; the limited awareness of traffic participants in complying with the law are the causes leading to a number of problems that Nghe An needs to focus on overcoming in the coming time.
