Nghe An: Online business registration reached 99.73%, the highest in the country.

In the period of 2016 - 2019, Nghe An enterprises developed rapidly in quantity, operating in diverse industries, professions, fields and localities; actively contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.

According to the report of the Department of Planning and Investment, the number of newly established enterprises reached 6,969 (an average increase of 9.1%/year) with a total registered capital of 43,219 billion VND (an average increase of 30.45%/year).

Up to now, in Nghe An, the total number of registered enterprises is 21,539, exceeding the Resolution's target (20,000 enterprises), of which 12,399 enterprises are operating (accounting for 57.6% of the total number of registered enterprises), contributing about 48% - 50% of the total budget revenue of the whole province.

The province has made many efforts in administrative reform to create favorable conditions for businesses to enter the market and operate effectively.

Nghe An is encouraging and supporting people and businesses to use online business registration services to save time, reduce costs and increase transparency.

Currently, the processing time for new establishment applications is 1.71 days, and for change applications is 1.87 days. The rate of online business registration applications has reached 99.73%, the highest in the country.
