(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of January 10, Mitsubishi Corporation conducted a field survey at 3 industrial parks in the Southeast Economic Zone to select a location to invest in an automobile manufacturing plant in the province.

At the conference, voters made many suggestions on local issues. Among them, voter Ngo Quang Tiep in Quynh Xuan ward expressed his frustration about the situation of stone mining in Len Chua without reclamation, leaving deep holes that are dangerous for people. Voter Tiep requested that the authorities intervene to handle the situation.

Voter Truong Van Sac in Quyet Tam village, Quynh Lap commune raised the issue of pollution in the area due to a seafood processing factory in a residential area. "Quynh Lap is recognized as a new rural area, but can we bear to live in polluted air?" - said voter Sac.

Voter Le Van Thuyet in Tam Hop village, Quynh Lap commune raised the issue of researching and amending the regulation that fishermen who go fishing in Hoang Sa fishing grounds will only be supported with fuel and oil after 15 days. Because in reality, fishermen who catch a good catch or whose boats are in trouble have to return early, less than 15 days.

Voter Dinh Van Thanh in Block 8, Mai Hung Ward expressed his joy when the National Assembly discussed and promulgated the Law on Animal Husbandry and the Law on Cultivation. However, this voter hopes that through the Law, priorities, incentives, rewards and penalties must be stated to develop the agricultural sector, helping people feel secure in production.

At the conference, voters also raised issues related to compensation for land clearance on National Highway 1A within a radius of 13.5m; Hoang Mai Industrial Park has reclaimed land for nearly 12 years but has not attracted investors, and there is a lot of abandoned land.

Leaders of departments, branches, and the People's Committee of Hoang Mai town answered voters' questions in turn. Regarding the reclamation of land after quarrying in Len Chua, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Mai town Nguyen Huu Tuy said that recently, one enterprise's mining license was revoked, and another enterprise's will be revoked soon. After having a reclamation plan, the authorities will direct the two enterprises to carry out the reclamation.

Regarding the environmental pollution problem, the main cause of which is the seafood processing facility in Quynh Lap commune, sharing with the people, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Mai town affirmed that in the immediate future, he will direct the inspection of processing facilities to minimize the harm to the environment.

Regarding the long-term solution, the head of Hoang Mai town government requested the province to give opinions so that the investor of the Kobelco Sponge Iron Factory Project can have an official answer on whether to implement the project or not. If not, Hoang Mai town will plan to build a seafood processing area in this area.

At the end of the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh answered voters' recommendations. Regarding the Hoang Mai I Industrial Park, although it has been implemented for a long time, it has not attracted investors. The Provincial Party Secretary said that the old investor has transferred it to the new investor, Hoang Thinh Dat Company.

This is the investor operating the Industrial Park in Yen Binh, Thai Nguyen - where the Samsung Group's factory is located. Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh emphasized that the new investor is restarting, focusing on attracting projects and filling the industrial park.

On that basis, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that the province will focus on attracting investment to fill the industrial park; at the same time, he hopes that people will support it.

At the conference, Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh also requested that commune levels effectively conduct dialogues with the people every six months; with a number of other recommendations, he assigned departments, branches, and localities to resolve and specifically respond to voters.
