Nghe An: Provincial Agencies Bloc Party Committee receives 21 district-level tax Party organizations

On the afternoon of September 9, the Provincial Agencies Party Committee held a ceremony to transfer and receive the Party organization of the District Tax Department under the Party Committee of the Tax Department under the Provincial Agencies Party Committee.

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc; Ho Dang Tai - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee; Standing members of district, city, town and party committees.

Receiving Party and mass organizations

At the ceremony, the representative of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 3119 dated September 6, 2019 of the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies also announced Decision No. 577/QD/DUK dated September 6, 2019 on the transfer of Party organizations and Party members.

According to the decision, 626 party members of 21 Tax Department Party Committees of districts, cities and towns transferred their activities to the Nghe An Tax Department Party Committee under the Provincial Agencies Bloc Party Committee.

The Provincial Agencies Party Committee announced the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Tax Department Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.

Appointing the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Nghe An Tax Department for the 2015 - 2020 term, consisting of 15 comrades; the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Tax Department consisting of 3 comrades. Accordingly, appointing comrade Trinh Thanh Hai - Director of the Tax Department to hold the position of Party Committee Secretary; comrade Le Quoc Dung - Deputy Director of the Nghe An Tax Department to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Nghe An Tax Department.

Also at the ceremony, the Nghe An Civil Servants' Union approved the Decision on the establishment of the Nghe An Tax Department's grassroots union with member grassroots unions. Appointed the provisional Executive Committee and positions of the Nghe An Provincial Tax Department's grassroots union consisting of 15 comrades.

The Executive Committee of the Provincial Agencies' Youth Union approved the Decision to establish the Nghe An Tax Department's grassroots Youth Union. Accordingly, the Nghe An Tax Department's grassroots Youth Union was established under the Provincial Agencies' Youth Union on the basis of receiving branches and members from the Tax Departments of districts, cities and towns and the Nghe An Provincial Tax Department's Youth Union. The Provincial Agencies' Veterans' Association approved the Decision to establish the Nghe An Provincial Tax Department's grassroots Veterans' Association.

Perform well the task of budget collection

Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Nam Dinh affirmed that the rearrangement of tax branches is to implement the policy of rearranging the organizational apparatus in the spirit of Resolution 6 of the Central Committee (term XII).

In order for the Party building work to soon stabilize and promote its leadership and direction role, comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh suggested that Nghe An Tax Department should soon complete and arrange the Party and mass organizations.

One of the important tasks is budget collection. The Party Committee of Nghe An Tax Department needs to research to innovate the way of working, coordinate with districts, cities and towns to perform well the task of budget collection.

Previously, from 21 tax branches, implementing the merger according to the policy of streamlining the payroll, the Ministry of Finance issued a Decision approving 10 new regional tax branches under the Nghe An Tax Department and operating from August 5, 2019.
