Nghe An won first prize in the English Singing Contest for National Union and Youth Union officials.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of December 26, in Hanoi, the final round of the 2021 National English Voice Contest for Youth Union and Association officials took place. Comrade Tran Thi Tu - Expert of the Propaganda Department of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union and her team excellently won first prize.
The contest is organized by the Central Youth Union to improve English proficiency for Vietnamese youth in the 2018-2022 period; and to support the development of international integration skills for Youth Union and Association officials nationwide.
The contest takes place from August to December 2021 with 3 rounds. Including the preliminary round at the provincial, municipal and affiliated Youth Unions, the semi-final round with voting and video clip scoring.
The jury of the contest selected 19 contestants to compete in the national final round. Among them, Tran Thi Tu - Specialist of the Propaganda Department of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union is the only contestant from Nghe An province to make it to this round.
