Attending the inspection were comrades: Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice ChairmanProvincial People's Council; Thai Thi An Chung - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and leaders of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
Accordingly, 2 draft resolutions were examined, including the Draft Resolution approving the list of works and projects requiring land recovery according to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 62 of the Land Law in the province; the Draft Resolution on converting the purpose of using rice-growing land, protective forest land, and special-use forest land according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 58 of the Land Law to implement works and investment projects in Nghe An province.

Specifically, the Draft Resolutionland use conversionRice cultivation land, protective forest land, special-use forest land as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 58 of the Land Law to implement works and investment projects in Nghe An province, the Provincial People's Committee proposed the Provincial People's Council to convert land use purposes for more than 420 hectares of rice cultivation land and nearly 30 hectares of protective forest land to implement 365 works and projects in 21 districts, cities and towns.
Of these, Yen Thanh district has the most with 65 projects. Next is Do Luong district with 57 projects; Quynh Luu district with 39 projects; Vinh city with 35 projects; Hung Nguyen district with 31 projects; Nghi Loc district with 25 projects; Nam Dan district with 24 projects; Thanh Chuong district with 17 projects...

The draft Resolution approving the list of works and projects requiring land acquisition as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 62 of the Land Law in the province was proposed by the Provincial People's Committee to the Provincial People's Council to approve the list of 565 works and projects requiring land acquisition with a total acquisition area of nearly 1,835 hectares. Of which, there are more than 620 hectares of rice fields; more than 23 hectares of protective forest land and nearly 1,190 hectares of other land.
The most is Yen Thanh district with 73 projects. Next is Do Luong district with 64 projects; Vinh city has 67 projects; Quynh Luu district has 49 projects; Hung Nguyen district has 38 projects; Nam Dan district has 31 projects; Dien Chau district has 30 projects; Nghi Loc district has 28 projects; Thanh Chuong district has 25 projects; Nghia Dan and Tan Ky districts both have 23 projects...

The Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council agreed to submit to the Standing Committee of the People's Council to include in the agenda of the 4th Session for the Provincial People's Council to consider and approve 2 draft resolutions on land conversion and recovery to implement 930 new projects and works in the province.

At the meeting, the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council reviewed the Draft Resolution amending and supplementing Article 1, Resolution No. 47/2016/NQ-HDND of the province, dated December 16, 2016 of the Provincial People's Council regulating fees for appraisal of dossiers for granting certificates; fees for exploiting and using land documents; fees for granting certificates in Nghe An province.
In addition, the conference also reviewed the Draft Resolution regulating the collection, management and use of fees for appraisal of impact assessment reports.environment; appraisal fee for granting, re-granting, adjusting environmental licenses; appraisal fee for environmental improvement and restoration plans in the province.

Review the Draft Resolution on the policy of converting forest use to other purposes to implement works and projects; Draft Resolution on a number of policies to support agricultural and rural development in the province for the period 2022 - 2025; Draft Resolution approving the content and tasks of expenditures for maintenance, repair and urgent handling of incidents of dykes and dyke systems managed by localities; Draft Resolution on allocating central budget capital to implement the National Target Program on New Rural Construction in 2021.
