Nghe An: Textile and garment industry is bustling with production at the beginning of the year
(Baonghean) - In the first days of the new year, workers in many factories are bustling into production shifts. In the garment industry - characterized by a large number of workers, mainly female workers, there are often fluctuations after Tet, but currently, according to the reporter's records, most factories are in stable production.
Bustling first working day of spring
On the first day of the year, the production atmosphere at Hanosimex Textile and Garment Corporation, Nam Dan branch in Nam Giang Industrial Park, Nam Dan district was very bustling. On the production line, Ms. Ho Thi Thuy (20 years old), in Tan Son commune, Quynh Luu district, said that after graduating from high school, she did a number of jobs but none of them were successful. After receiving information that the garment factory in Nam Dan was recruiting workers, she applied for a job. After the apprenticeship period, Thuy had an average income of 5 million VND/month.
As for worker Hoang Thi Huyen, 30 years old, in Nam Thanh commune (Nam Dan), after nearly 7 years working in Dong Nai, afraid of the situation of having to make do with rice and water, and unstable rent, when hearing the news that Hanosimex invested in a factory in Nam Dan, she applied for a job. Huyen shared that working near home, going to work in the morning and coming home in the evening, the salary is not high, but in return, eating at home, not having to rent a room, life is more stable, having money to save, unlike before when she was far from home and spent all the money she saved.
