Nghe An conducts tourism survey in Central and Central Highlands provinces.
(Baonghean.vn) – To promote and develop tourism in Nghe An in 2012, diversify new tourism products to expand the market and attract tourists from the southern provinces, especially the Central and Central Highlands provinces, to Nghe An, from August 18 to 24, the Nghe An Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with the Tourism Information and Promotion Center, organized a delegation to survey and learn from the experience of community tourism models in the Central and Central Highlands provinces.
The delegation worked with the Hue Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
The survey aimed to: Respond to the National Tourism Year of the North Central Coast - Hue 2012; Learn from and study the experience of exploiting homestay tourism and craft village tourism in the Central and Central Highlands provinces, applying it to community tourism in the western districts of Nghe An province to diversify tourism products, develop tourism, and boost the economy to help people alleviate poverty; Develop new tourism programs for tourists wishing to visit Nghe An and the Central and Central Highlands provinces, starting from the road and air routes connecting Vinh - Buon Ma Thuot, Dak Lak and vice versa.
The delegation worked with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dak Lak.
During the program, the delegation worked with departments and surveyed most of the cultural and tourist destinations in the Central Highlands provinces. It can be said that the survey trip was an opportunity for businesses in the province to expand their markets for sending tourists as well as welcoming tourists to Nghe An.
