Nghe An lifts blockade on more areas in Nam Dan and Quynh Luu

On the morning of July 13, the checkpoints along the roads leading to Hamlet 2 (Quynh Minh Commune) and Hamlet 8 (Quynh Luong Commune, Quynh Luu District) were removed one by one, allowing people to freely pass through.

After many days without recording any new infections, the Provincial People's Committee decided to stop quarantining these two hamlets from 0:00 on July 13. Along with that, the remaining hamlets of Quynh Minh commune were allowed to stop social distancing according to Directive 16.

In addition, the Provincial People's Committee also decided to stop implementing social distancing according to Directive 15 for the remaining hamlets of Quynh Luong commune, Quynh Luu district.

In Nam Dan district, the Provincial People's Committee decided to stop implementing medical quarantine for 182 households in Phuong Kieu and Duong Pho hamlets (Trung Phuc Cuong commune).

Stop implementing social distancing according to Directive 16 in some areas in Lien Mau 1 hamlet, Lien Mau 2 hamlet (Kim Lien commune) and Duy Tan, Dong Tho, Tho Toan, Phu Xuan hamlets and the remaining parts of Phuong Kieu hamlet, Duong Pho hamlet of Trung Phuc Cuong commune. Stop implementing social distancing according to Directive 15 for the remaining hamlets of Trung Phuc Cuong commune.

Thus, in Nam Dan and Quynh Luu districts, there are no more areas that need to be quarantined, isolated socially according to Directive 16 or distanced socially according to Directive 15.

To date, Nghe An has had 132 positive cases of COVID-19 in 10 localities, specifically: Vinh City: 89, Dien Chau: 18, Tan Ky: 1, Quy Hop: 5, Nam Dan: 6, Do Luong: 1, Hoang Mai: 2, Nghia Dan: 1, Nghi Loc: 4, Quynh Luu: 5... Cumulative number of patients who tested positive again: 7 patients. Cumulative number of patients who have been cured and discharged from hospital: 12 patients. Cumulative number of deaths: 1 patient.
