Nghe An wins 14 medals at the International Vietnamese Martial Arts Festival
(Baonghean.vn) - On March 28, in Nha Trang (Khanh Hoa), the Vietnam Traditional Martial Arts Federation in coordination with the Khanh Hoa Department of Culture and Sports organized the closing ceremony of the first International Vietnamese Martial Arts Festival 2018.
Taking place over 5 days (from March 24 to 28), the Festival has 55 delegations with 440 martial arts students from 24 provinces, cities and sectors across the country and international delegations from France, Russia and Morocco participating.

Nghe An Traditional Martial Arts Association has 12 athletes participating in 20 events including: fighting and boxing. At the end of the tournament, Nghe An delegation won 1 Gold Medal, 5 Silver Medals and 8 Bronze Medals.
The first International Vietnamese Martial Arts Festival is an opportunity to introduce the quintessence of traditional Vietnamese martial arts to international friends. This activity also aims to preserve and promote the traditional values of the nation.
