Nghe An urges to speed up implementation of 26 trillion VND support package
(Baonghean.vn) - Up to now, in Nghe An, 11 out of 12 policy groups under Resolution 68 and Decision 23 have been approved for funding support. The Provincial People's Committee requires localities to urgently urge and review to promptly approve and support funding for the group of self-employed workers.
The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Document No. 6501/UBND-KGVX on urging the implementation of Resolution No. 68/NQ-CP of the Government and Decision No. 23/2021/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister.
This document clearly states that after more than 1 month of implementation,Resolution No. 68/NQ-CP dated July 1, 2021of the Government and Decision 23/2021/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister, 11/12 groups of policies have been approved and supported with funding. However, some departments and branches of the People's Committees at the district level have not implemented quickly and have not proactively followed the assigned and decentralized tasks. The implementation of support policies for freelance workers according to Decision 22/2021/QD-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee is still slow; the implementation of the periodic reporting regime and daily reporting is not timely.

"For the Freelance Labor Group, up to now, only Ky Son district has submitted more than 300 application files to the Department and we are urgently reviewing and proposing support payments," Mr. Long added.
Also according to document 6501/UBND-KGVX dated September 6, 2021, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee requested that agencies and localities direct relevant departments, divisions and units to coordinate closely and synchronously; strictly handle cases of shirking, avoidance, and lack of coordination leading to violations in the review process, duplication of subjects, support for the wrong subjects, and policy exploitation...
