Nghe An plans to have 3 more golf course projects
(Baonghean.vn) - Recently, the People's Committee of Nghe An province has agreed to the investment planning to build 3 more golf courses in the project complex of 3 corporations: FLC, Vingroup and Muong Thanh.

Currently, Nghe An has 4 investors proposing to build golf course projects including:
Muong Thanh Eco-tourism Projectin Dien Lam commune, Dien Chau district proposed by Muong Thanh Ecological Zone - Branch of the Group Joint Stock Company. The project has a total land use area of 287.38 hectares, including: Central area, zoo land, entertainment area, resort, management - administrative area, mud bath area, golf course area (21.63 hectares),...
Currently, the investor is completing procedures to request project adjustments, adding an 18-hole international standard golf course with an area of 65 hectares. The total investment of the golf course is 350 billion VND, other items of the Muong Thanh Eco-tourism Project remain unchanged.
TMS Nghe An Eco-Sports Resort Project(TMS Nghe An Resort Golf Links) in Hung Hoa commune, Vinh city, proposed by TMS Global Joint Stock Company, has a land use area of 522.3 hectares, total investment of 3,972 billion VND. The proposed golf course has a scale of 36 holes.
Eco-tourism Resort Complex Projectand entertainment in Nghi Tien commune, Nghi Loc district proposed by FLC Group.
According to the investor's plan, after the project's golf course is added to the Vietnam Golf Course Planning, the investor will build an 18-hole golf course on an area of about 88.6 hectares; Total investment is about 1,000 billion VND.

Golf course construction project in Bau Sen area,in Nghi Huong ward, Cua Lo town proposed by Vingroup Corporation. Currently, the investor is researching, surveying, and preparing the project profile. It is expected to include an 18-hole golf course with an area of 86 hectares.
According to investors, when investing in urban projects and resort areas, there must be golf courses and other entertainment facilities. The purpose is to attract high-end tourists, international tourists for long-term stays, organize tournaments and events to attract tourists, and at the same time meet the sports needs of domestic tourists.
However, at a recent meeting, the Provincial People's Committee only agreed to the investment planning policy for the construction of 3 golf courses in the project complex of 3 corporations: FLC, Vingroup and Muong Thanh.
Regarding the TMS Nghe An Eco-Sports Resort project (TMS Nghe An Resort Golf Links) in Hung Hoa commune, Vinh city, many opinions disagree and believe that investing in the city is not feasible and should not be included in the construction investment plan.
Currently, in Nghe An province, there is a golf course in Cua Lo town of Cua Lo Sea Golf Joint Stock Company. This project has a total investment of more than 1,527 billion VND; Scale of 18 holes, 1 5-star hotel with 420 rooms, 1 3-star hotel with 300 rooms, 284 villas, sports and service area.
According to the approved plan, the whole country has 96 golf courses planned, of which: The North Central and Central Coast regions plan 30 golf courses. The North Central region alone plans 07 golf courses (Nghe An: 01; Thanh Hoa: 01; Ha Tinh: 01, Quang Binh: 01, Thua Thien Hue: 03; Quang Tri: 0).
