(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 22, in Hanoi, the Central Propaganda Department coordinated with the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education and Training to organize the summary of the quiz contest "Join hands to prevent and fight Covid-19 epidemic" on the social network VCNet.
Attending the closing ceremony were comrade Phan Xuan Thuy - Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department and representatives of leaders and units under the Central Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education and Training, the Communist Party of Vietnam Electronic Newspaper and awarded collectives and individuals.

After nearly 4 months of organization with 15 weeks of competition (taking place from October 13, 2021 to January 26, 2022), the multiple-choice contest "Joining hands to prevent and fight Covid-19" on the social network VCNet has achieved very important results, attracting the attention and participation of a large number of cadres, party members and people of all walks of life, creating a widespread influence in society, contributing to strengthening propaganda and dissemination of knowledge on prevention and fight against Covid-19; raising awareness and sense of compliance with laws and regulations on disease prevention and fight for all people to adapt safely, flexibly and effectively, gradually restoring socio-economic development.
The contest attracted 1,921,559 people (VCNet accounts) to participate in the contest with 4,890,662 entries. The total number of people who answered all 5 questions correctly was: 472,513 people. The provinces and cities leading in the number of contestants were: Ho Chi Minh City (109,500 people), Binh Duong (34,829 people), Nghe An (28,253 people), Ha Tinh (27,340 people), Dong Thap (23,644 people), Bac Giang (22,432 people), Dak Lak (20,514 people), Binh Dinh (19,014 people), Can Tho (18,019 people), Quang Ngai (17,752 people).
The Organizing Committee awarded 15 First Prizes, 30 Second Prizes, 45 Third Prizes with a total prize money of 120 million VND. The Propaganda Department of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee was honored to be one of 10 collectives to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Central Government for their outstanding achievements in coordinating the organization of the Contest with quality and effectiveness./.
