Nghe An: Nearly 30,000 cadres and party members study online the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress
(Baonghean.vn) - In the entire Nghe An Party Committee, there is 1 main provincial-level bridge and 21 bridge points of district, city, and town Party Committees, 6 affiliated Party Committees and 489 grassroots bridge points with more than 29,700 cadres and Party members participating in the study.
On the morning of March 27, the Party Central Committee Secretariat held a national online conference to study, learn, disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.

Speaking at the opening of the Conference, Comrade Vo Van Thuong - Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat affirmed: The success of the 13th National Party Congress has contributed to encouraging and enhancing the people's trust in the Party's leadership and the country's innovation cause, encouraging the entire Party and people to promote patriotism, will and aspiration to develop the country.

The Standing Secretariat requested Party committees, Party organizations, the Fatherland Front, and mass organizations, especially leaders, to deeply perceive that studying, learning, grasping, propagating, and implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress is a regular task that must be carried out seriously, methodically, and scientifically throughout the term, as one of the key tasks in 2021, and as a broad political activity within the Party and the entire political system.
Thereby, each cadre and party member firmly grasps and correctly and creatively implements the Party's Resolution, creating a clear change in awareness, unity of will and action within the entire Party, high consensus among the people; highly promoting the spirit of patriotism, the will of self-reliance, the strength of great national unity and the aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country, determined to strive to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.

At the same time, it contributes to building a strong Party in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization and cadres; preventing and repelling degradation in ideology, political ethics, lifestyle, manifestations of self-evolution and self-transformation within the Party, correcting distorted perceptions, protecting the Party's ideological foundation, and fighting against erroneous, hostile and distorted viewpoints.
The study and implementation of the Resolution must be carried out seriously and with quality, focusing on clarifying and grasping the core contents and new policies of the documents of the 13th National Party Congress; at the same time, identifying the opportunities and challenges of our country in the coming time; and making appropriate connections with the specific requirements and conditions of localities and units to determine the good implementation of political tasks during the term.
In the process of studying and learning the Resolution, it is necessary to promote the spirit of self-study, self-research, self-awareness, and exemplary behavior of cadres and party members, especially leaders of Party committees at all levels.

Along with research and study, comrade Vo Van Thuong emphasized: The important thing is to quickly put the resolution into practice, saying goes hand in hand with doing. Turn the Congress resolution into vivid reality in reality, bringing wealth and happiness to the people.
The Standing Secretariat requested that, immediately after the Conference, Party committees and organizations at all levels must focus on building action programs, concretizing them into feasible plans, projects, and proposals, suitable to actual conditions to improve people's lives and the development of localities and units.

During the 2-day period, the Conference will focus on 5 topics including: Political Report of the 12th Central Executive Committee at the 13th National Congress of the Party; Summary Report on Party building work and implementation of the Party Charter of the 12th Central Executive Committee.
