Nghe An: Bus ticket prices do not increase during holidays

(Baonghean.vn) - Vinh bus station currently has a traffic volume of about 300 trips/day, including both intra-provincial and inter-provincial buses. On the occasion of the April 30 holiday this year, the station will add 10 more buses to serve passengers traveling during the holiday.

Vinh bus station is crowded with passengers.

Mr. Vu Hoang Huynh - Head of Vinh bus station said: During the recent holiday, from April 29 to May 3, each day there were an average of 4,500 to 5,000 passengers traveling at Vinh bus station, an increase of nearly 1.5 times compared to normal days. In which, April 29 and 30 were mainly arrivals, the remaining days were passengers traveling to the provinces of Hanoi, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Hue....

Compared to normal days, the ticket prices that businesses registered for the holiday did not increase. Before that, the station had a meeting with transport businesses asking them to commit to not carrying more than the prescribed number, providing enough tickets for the bus station, fully posting ticket prices, hotline phone numbers of the station inside and outside the vehicle and not charging higher than the registered ticket prices.

Up to this point, despite the large number of passengers, the station has not received any negative feedback from passengers about the service quality of the bus companies.
