Nghe An resolves 205 administrative procedures for people regardless of administrative boundaries
The Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued a list of 205 administrative procedures (AP) to be implemented regardless of administrative boundaries throughout the province.

This means that people can carry out these administrative procedures at all 130 communes and wards in the province, where they are most convenient; without having to go to their place of residence or the competent authority as before.
This is an important step in administrative reform, creating maximum convenience for organizations and individuals when performing administrative procedures.
According to Decision No. 2463/QD-UBND dated July 21, 2025, the list of 205 administrative procedures mentioned above is under the management of 8 departments and branches including: Agriculture and Environment; Home Affairs; Finance; Industry and Trade; Culture, Sports and Tourism; Foreign Affairs; Justice; Southeast Economic Zone Management Board.
The Provincial People's Committee assigns departments, branches and sectors to organize the implementation of the list of administrative procedures to receive and return results of administrative procedure settlement regardless of administrative boundaries within the scope of management; ensuring compliance with legal regulations, professional procedures and professional guidance of competent agencies.
At the same time, proactively propose to supplement and update the list when there are sufficient conditions for technical infrastructure, information system connection, ensuring the ability to process records and return results on time.
The Provincial People's Committee assigns the People's Committees of communes and wards to organize the reception of dossiers and return the results of handling administrative procedures of organizations and individuals regardless of the level of government, administrative boundaries of residence, headquarters or place where documents were issued to organizations and individuals.
At the same time, return the results of administrative procedure settlement to organizations and individuals at the place where the documents were received, within the prescribed time limit, without requiring people to move to the competent authority for settlement.
The Provincial People's Committee requests the Commune People's Committee to publicly and fully post the list of administrative procedures, reception procedures, and processing times at the Commune Public Administration Service Center and on the Electronic Information Portal (if any) to create favorable conditions for people and businesses.

In addition to the above 205 administrative procedures, the Provincial People's Committee Office has compiled and continued to submit to the Provincial People's Committee Chairman for promulgation a list of 23 administrative procedures to be implemented regardless of administrative boundaries under the management of the remaining 5 departments and branches: Construction, Health, Science and Technology, Education and Training, Ethnicity and Religion.
