Nghe An - Ha Tinh cooperate to promote and develop tourism products
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of October 18, in Ha Tinh city, Nghe An Department of Tourism and Ha Tinh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism had a working session to evaluate the coordination work in the first 9 months of the year, discuss the plan for cooperation, promotion, advertising and tourism development in the last months of 2018 and the plan for 2019.
This is an activity to implement Resolution 08-NQ/TW of the Politburo on developing tourism into a spearhead economic sector, the Program of cooperation and linkage in tourism development between the four North Central provinces: Nghe An - Thanh Hoa - Ha Tinh - Quang Binh in 2018 and the following years.

At the meeting, delegates highly appreciated the results achieved in the first 9 months of the year between the two provinces in coordinating and successfully organizing activities and events, such as: The program to introduce North Central tourism in Laos and the Northeast region of Thailand; The conference to promote tourism of the three provinces of Ninh Binh - Thanh Hoa - Nghe An on the sidelines of the VITM Fair 2018; The Tourism Festival in Ho Chi Minh City 2018 and the 3rd International Food Festival - Hue 2018 within the framework of the Festival and coordinating the survey to build common tourism products....
However, besides the initial successes, the delegates frankly pointed out some limitations and shortcomings in the past and discussed the tasks that need to be carried out in the coming time.

At the meeting, on behalf of the leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Tinh, comrade Tran Le Sang spoke, thanking the attention and proactive coordination of the Department of Tourism of Nghe An in the past time and suggested that the two Departments should further tighten their cooperative relationship to jointly build tourism products.
Particularly emphasizing the work of propaganda and promotion of the image of the country and people of Nghe An - Ha Tinh, the noble and quintessential values of Nghe An's Vi and Giam folk songs to the people and tourists in domestic and international markets, thereby contributing to rapidly increasing the number of tourists to the two provinces in the coming years./.
