Nghe An completes grading of 2021 high school graduation exams
(Baonghean.vn) - The grading of exams in Nghe An was initially assessed as timely, serious, objective and in accordance with regulations. Nghe An was also one of the first five localities to complete the grading of exams.
Talking to Nghe An Newspaper about the 2021 high school graduation exam grading work, Mr. Dao Cong Loi - Deputy DirectorDepartment of Education and Training– The Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee for the 2021 High School Graduation Exam said: By July 20, the grading of the 2021 High School Graduation Exam in Nghe An province had been completed, including more than 30,000 essay tests in Literature and more than 100,000 multiple-choice tests in Mathematics, Foreign Languages, and the Natural Science and Social Science groups.
Mr. Dao Cong Loi also said: The exam marking is carried out seriously, in accordance with regulations and ensures objectivity and fairness. Currently, all exam marking results data has been transferred to the Department of Quality Management - Ministry of Education and Training and according to the plan, by July 24, the Department of Education and Training of Nghe An and the Ministry will review the results one last time to ensure accuracy. It is expected that the Ministry will announce the exam scores on July 26.

Before that, to prepare for the examHigh school graduation 2021Nghe An has vaccinated more than 300 exam supervisors, including 280 exam supervisors for the Literature exam and 24 exam supervisors for the multiple-choice exam. During the exam marking process, the Ministry's inspection team led by Mr. Mai Van Trinh - Director of the Department of Quality Management - Ministry of Education and Training, together with representatives of the Ministry of Public Security, inspected the exam marking in Nghe An and highly appreciated the organization and the exam marking process.
At the time Nghe An transferred the results data to the Ministry, Nghe An was one of the first five provinces and cities in the country to complete grading the 2021 high school graduation exam.
In addition to the Ministry's inspection team, Nghe An also established an inspection team to inspect and supervise the exam marking. The province has also developed a plan to ensure security and safety. The exam marking area is arranged to be secure and safe, with adequate fire prevention and fighting equipment and 24-hour police protection. The exam storage room, cabinets and boxes are safe, secure, locked and sealed, with the signatures of the key holder, inspector and police on the seal.

The marking process is monitored by security cameras, recording activities in the room continuously 24 hours a day; there are police guards, monitoring continuously 24 hours a day. All those on duty are absolutely not allowed to bring information transmission and reception devices, copy documents, personal papers, erasers, pencils and other types of pens not included in the regulations of the Marking Boards when entering and leaving the marking area.
