Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung - Deputy Director of Nghe An Department of Finance said: Although the province's area is large, the volume of assets to be inventoried is large and complicated, thanks to great efforts and determination, Nghe An has completed the task of general inventory of public assets and infrastructure assets invested and managed by the State in the area 1 month ahead of schedule set by the Provincial People's Committee.

Decision No. 213 sets the deadline for completing the inventory before March 31, 2025 and the deadline for the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Ministry of Finance before June 15, 2025. The representative of the Department of Finance said that the above positive results were achieved thanks to the close direction and participation from the Central to the local level, especially the districts, cities and towns actively completing the inventory early. In particular, among the 61 provinces and cities, Nghe An is one of the localities that completed the general inventory of public assets and infrastructure assets invested and managed by the State in the area early compared to other localities in the country.

Some localities and units with good reporting quality and early progress completion are Quy Hop, Tan Ky, Nghia Dan, Thanh Chuong, Tuong Duong, Anh Son, Quynh Luu, Que Phong; sectors are Agriculture, Culture, Sports, Health, Finance; Provincial People's Committee Office, Provincial Party Committee Office, Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council, Nghe An Publishing House, etc.

In addition to the above outstanding advantages, through the synthesis and review of the Department of Finance, it is shown that the reports of some units still have errors due to entering the wrong type of assets, data or due to understanding, leading to inventory report data still being adjusted...

In order to remove obstacles, the Department of Finance has issued a guiding document and established an Inspection Team to review the accuracy of data in some localities. In the coming time, the synthesis units will continue to review and check the accuracy of the general inventory report and prepare a summary report. Currently, the Department of Finance has issued a document requesting departments, branches, units, and district-level People's Committees to send a report on the results of the general inventory on March 20, 2025 for the Department of Finance to synthesize and submit to the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Ministry of Finance according to regulations./.
