The program is carried out simultaneously with the Launch Ceremony.Workers Month, the month of action on occupational safety and hygiene in 2022 and the implementation of the program "Reproductive health".

By participating in this program, workers are consulted by doctors about reproductive health care and given free medicine. In addition, this is also an opportunity for workers and laborers to access modern services such as ultrasound, endoscopy, etc.

This is a very important activity for workers, because currently, health care for workers in industrial parks and factories is facing many difficulties for many reasons such as lack of materials, time, and workers still lack information and knowledge to be able to access quality medical services.

Reproductive health care for workers, especially female workers, aims to improve the quality of human resources and is one of the important contents in the Vietnam Population and Reproductive Health Strategy to achieve goals such as reducing the abortion rate, basically eliminating unsafe abortion; limiting secondary infertility; rapidly reducing reproductive tract infections; improving reproductive health care and sexual health for adolescents and young people...

As part of the program, in addition to Tan Ky district, the Department of Population and Family Planning will also conduct examinations, provide consultations, and provide reproductive health care services to nearly 3,000 workers in Yen Thanh and Dien Chau districts.

Through this mobile reproductive health examination and consultation activity, it will create opportunities for workers to understand more about reproductive health, be more proactive in taking care of their own reproductive health, have safe and healthy pregnancies and births, and contribute their labor to the business and to economic and social development.

After the launching ceremony, Nghia Dan District Labor Federation organized a volleyball tournament for male workers and civil servants in grassroots trade unions of enterprises in 2022. Participating in the tournament, there were 8 teams from enterprises in the area with a knockout format.
