Speaking at the conference, Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh said that the traffic safety situation in the first quarter of 2018 was complicated. In addition to the increasing number of deaths due to traffic accidents, there were still some particularly serious accidents. The situation of illegal buses, illegal bus stations and passenger buses violating traffic safety regulations was still hot. Negative phenomena in the performance of official duties to ensure traffic safety and order still occurred.
