Nghe An: More than 90 trainees participate in training on handling administrative violations in the forestry sector
On August 29, Nghe An Forestry Department organized a training course on handling administrative violations in the forestry sector.

Attending the training course were comrade Pham Duc Thanh - Deputy Head of Nghe An Forest Protection Sub-Department; comrade Nguyen Thanh Tung - Deputy Head of Documents and Administrative Violations Handling Management Department (Nghe An Department of Justice), who directly taught. 90 trainees including District Chiefs, Deputy District Chiefs, Forest Rangers in charge of legal affairs, and forest rangers from affiliated units.

In his opening speech, Mr. Pham Duc Thanh emphasized: The training course aims to improve professional capacity, update legal knowledge and skills to handle practical situations in forest management and protection, especially in the context of increasingly complicated administrative violations in the forestry sector.
The training program focuses on studying new legal documents such as: Law No. 88/2025/QH15 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations; Decree 68/2025/ND-CP dated March 18, 2025 amending and supplementing Decree No. 118/2021/ND-CP; Decree 189/2025/ND-CP dated July 1, 2025 detailing the authority to sanction administrative violations; Decree 190/2025/ND-CP dated July 1, 2025 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree 118/2021/ND-CP.

During the training, many practical problems and difficulties were raised and discussed by trainees to promptly resolve them and improve the effectiveness of handling administrative violations at the grassroots level.
Through the training course, trainees are updated with the latest legal knowledge, practice professional skills, contributing to increasing the effectiveness of inspection, supervision and handling of administrative violations in the forestry sector in Nghe An.
