Mobilized more than 493 billion VND

Regarding the program of coordinated action of the CommissionVietnam Fatherland FrontAt all levels in the province, comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh emphasized the role of directing, guiding and implementing well the tasks of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in participating in the election work, contributing to the overall success of the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels, term 2021 - 2026 in the province.

The Fatherland Front at all levels proactively promotes propaganda and mobilizes people of all walks of life to continue the campaign "All people unite and make efforts to prevent and fight the epidemic".Covid-19"; organized 4,451 social supervision and criticism conferences; contributed to 2,440 documents and 705 dialogue conferences..., contributing to enhancing the responsibility of authorities at all levels, better implementing democracy at the grassroots level, and creating social consensus.

The Provincial Fatherland Front coordinated to build and pilot the application of "System for managing feedback and online interaction with the People"in 3 localities: Hoang Mai town, Nghi Loc district and Con Cuong district,to improve the effectiveness of capturing people's thoughts, aspirations, opinions, recommendations and reflections.

The Fatherland Front and member organizations at all levels in the province proactively call for and mobilize social resources to contribute to the fund.For the poor", Covid-19 Prevention and Control Fund with a total of more than 493 billion VND; supporting 143,366 poor, near-poor and extremely disadvantaged households to overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives. This is the result of the people's trust and confidence in the Party and the State, demonstrating the strength of the great national unity bloc.

Some concerns and recommendations of voters

The Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee also conveyed to the meeting the thoughts, aspirations and recommendations of voters and people in the province.

Votersand the People request the province to soon have solutions to maintain production and business activities; support policies on taxes, reduce fees, charges, land rents; extend and defer debt, reduce bank interest rates; have policies to support maintaining the labor force... so that businesses and people can restore and develop production.

Propose that the province continue to improve land management and use, resource exploitation,mineralsIn some localities, ensure compliance with planning; pay attention to resolving land encroachment; speed up the issuance of land use right certificates to the people; effectively manage investors of urban projects; compensation, support and resettlement of some works and projects; illegal sand, gravel, stone and ore mining.

Voters and people continue to worry about a number of crimes such as: trafficking and transporting large quantities of drugs; increasing fraud and appropriation of property; and increasing gambling on the internet; economic and environmental crimes; and acts of taking advantage of the epidemic situation to commit crimes... with complicated developments.

In Vinh city, there are still many collective housing areas with unfinished and prolonged planning, making the lives of people in collective housing areas difficult; along with that, the situation of virtual projects, not in accordance with planning, being advertised and attracting investment on leaflets and social networks, if not strictly controlled, can easily lead to fraud, affecting the rights of people and investors.

Recommend 5 issues to the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee

Based on opinions and recommendations of voters and people in the province, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province recommends 5 contents to the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee:

1. Propose that the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control, the Command Center and People's Committees at all levels continue to pay attention to directing and mobilizing social resources to support community Covid-19 prevention and control teams when having to implement lockdown and medical isolation situations in the area.

2. Propose that the Provincial People's Committee direct a specific review of the subjects in difficulty due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic who have not received social security support packages, especially the group of workers without labor contracts and other specific subjects applying according to the 9 groups of jobs specified in Decision 22/2021/QD-UBND, such as: Group of bricklayers, construction workers (still lacking painters, electricians, plumbers, mechanics, plasterers...), wedding services... to have a unified solution or answer for workers.

3. Propose that the Provincial People's Committee study, develop and exploit the Digital Map on social security work in the whole province, in which, pay attention to poor households, near-poor households, vulnerable groups, etc. Develop principles, criteria for priority order of support, support content to call for social mobilization of resources from all classes of people and businesses, to ensure publicity and equality among vulnerable groups.

4. Propose that the Provincial People's Committee direct the Education sector to comprehensively evaluate the quality of online teaching and learning for students at all levels; have specific plans for teaching and learning at all levels in the new situation; have plans to teach extra lessons and supplement knowledge for students, especially primary school students, to ensure quality.

5. Propose that the Provincial People's Committee continue to direct the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the People's Committee of Que Phong district and the investor to coordinate in developing a compensation and resettlement support plan for the Hua Na Hydropower Project, Que Phong district for people according to Official Dispatch No. 3787/BTNMT-TCQLDD, dated July 12, 2021 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
