Nghe An: High results in the enforcement of bank credit judgments thanks to good implementation of inter-sectoral coordination regulations
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of November 3, the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement and the State Bank of Vietnam, Nghe An Province Branch held a conference to review the Inter-sectoral Coordination Regulation No. 1370 dated August 19, 2015 and signed a new coordination regulation in civil judgment enforcement in Nghe An province.

The conference assessed specific results achieved, existing problems, difficulties and obstacles related to the implementation of Inter-sectoral Coordination Regulation No. 1370 dated August 19, 2015 on civil judgment enforcement in the area.
Accordingly, thanks to the synchronous, complete and unified implementation of the contents of coordination regulation No. 1370 along with many breakthrough solutions in the leadership, direction and organization of enforcement in practice for bank credit cases, the enforcement results of cases related to bank credit cases have had many positive changes, basically the following year is always higher than the previous year, contributing significantly to the completion of the targets and tasks of the Civil Judgment Enforcement sector and the bad debt collection activities of local bank credit institutions.
Notably, in the past 4 years (2019-2022), the two-level civil enforcement agencies in Nghe An have completed 333 cases with the amount of money resolved.830.828.268.000VND (achieving a rate of 56.6% in terms of work and 64.4% in terms of money on the number of jobs/money with conditions for enforcement). The above results, after comparison, all exceed the results of the rate of enforcement of bank credit judgments nationwide.
In order to improve the effectiveness of civil judgment enforcement and remove difficulties and problems arising in civil judgment enforcement related to credit and banking activities, contributing effectively to local socio-economic development, at the ConferenceCivil Judgment Enforcement Agencyand the State Bank of Vietnam, Nghe An Province Branch have agreed to sign a new Regulation on coordination work.

With the contents of adjustment in the coordination relationship on propaganda, dissemination and implementation of legal documents; exchange and provision of information; Coordination in directing and urging the execution of judgments in credit and banking cases; Coordination in implementing measures to block and deduct money in accounts to execute judgments; Coordination in providing professional guidance, resolving complaints, denunciations and handling difficulties and problems in the execution of civil judgments related to credit and banking activities; Coordination in building and protecting internal politics.

The content of the new Regulation will be implemented uniformly within the management agencies of the two sectors and replace Regulation No. 1370 dated August 19, 2015.
