Faced with that situation, Industrial Technical CollegeVietnam – KoreaCooperate with EK GROUP Corporation, directly LABCO Labor and Trade Cooperation Joint Stock Company, to develop a cooperation project "Enrollment - Training of bachelors - engineers, international internships" in the period 2021-2025 in Nghe An province.
The project is not only essential for the school's training work, providing high-quality human resources for the Japanese market, helping workers have a new direction with many open opportunities, but also has important significance in contributing to the economic and social development of the locality and the country.

CHANGE THE MINDSET OF WORKERS
According to Dr. Ho Van Dam - Principal of Vietnam - Korea Industrial Technical College: Currently, the demand for laborers to work abroad, especially in the Japanese market of the provinces and Nghe An province is very large.
However, the majority of exported workers are unskilled workers with limited skills, so when they return to the Vietnamese labor market, they basically work in a different profession.

Based on that reality, the Japanese language program for practical engineers in Japan was ordered right during the time they were being trained at the school and when they graduated, they could go to factories, companies, and enterprises to work without having to take an exam.
This is what the school aims for in the general export roadmap and the program of re-sending quality students to work in Japan in particular; to create a community of highly skilled students to work in Japan. The program also conveys a message to other workers, helping them to have the right orientation about going to vocational school, as well as studying technical professions to participate in international labor markets.

In particular, this program has a great educational effect, changing the way workers think when participating in the international labor market. Up to now, most workers have only focused on two issues: salary and fees, but have not paid attention to skills.
Opening training classes for students aims to equip them with knowledge and skills. Through the process of studying and working, when they return to their home country, they will be certified as qualified re-elected students who can be used by Japanese corporations and businesses as experts to serve their home country.
