Speaking at the opening of the training course, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party CommitteeNguyen Van ThongEmphasize: Training and fostering cadres is a very important link in the work of cadres. The Politburo has issued regulations on the annual training regime for leaders and managers at all levels.

To fulfill that requirement and to meet the development requirements of the province, in recent years, training and fostering work has been carried out.staffAll levels have received great attention and direction from the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee.

Therefore, the staff, especially the leadership and management staff, has developed, contributing to effectively directing the implementation of socio-economic development tasks in localities.

To meet the requirements of the new period, especially in the period when our country is integrating and developing with many intertwined opportunities and challenges; the requirements for the team of leaders and managers must be equipped with theory, political qualities, and havedynamic thinking, flexible, creative and close to reality, while updating knowledge of the times.

Based on that task requirement, the Provincial Party Standing Committee organized the training class to foster and update information, knowledge and professional skills to improve political awareness, ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and leadership capacity for leaders and managers at all levels in the political system, meeting the Party's task requirements in the new situation.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong also said that the class has a large amount of information and knowledge that needs to be updated, so he requested the class management board and lecturers to be serious in managing students; evaluate the final exam of students objectively, reflecting the correct level of students, avoiding formality; at the same time, the learning process needs to increase exchange activities, discussions, experiments, solving specific situations in practice, promoting interaction between lecturers and students, between students and students.

This is an opportunity to identify and handle all problems based on a solid theoretical foundation, using theory to illuminate and analyze practice; using practice to verify theory, in order to best promote abilities and best complete assigned tasks.
