Nghe An inspects Covid-19 prevention and control work at enterprises

The inspection delegation was led by comrade Phan Thi Hoan - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee.Nghe An Province Business Blockinspected the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic and grasped the production and business situation at Hoang Thi Loan Textile Joint Stock Company.

Hoang Thi Loan Textile Joint Stock Company currently has 491 employees (not including seasonal contracts). Due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic worldwide, the consumption of export and domestic products is facing many difficulties.

In addition to implementing solutions to overcome difficulties in production and business, the Company has strictly followed the direction of the Prime Minister and all levels of the industry in preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic. Enterprises proposed that in 2020, although the Government issued many policies to support businesses and workers facing difficulties due to the epidemic, these policies lacked clarity and even had requirements that businesses could not meet.

Through understanding the situation at enterprises, Secretary of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee Phan Thi Hoan shared the difficulties with enterprises in the context of the Covid-19 epidemic affecting production and business.

Appreciating the proactive plans of enterprises to both promote production and business and proactively prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic, the Secretary of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee reminded enterprises and workers not to be subjective and negligent in epidemic prevention and control, because enterprises operating in the garment sector are places where many workers are concentrated and epidemic prevention and control work is more difficult.

The Secretary of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee requested enterprises to continue to well implement the Government's "dual" goal of both promoting production and business and preventing the Covid-19 epidemic; strictly implementing the province's direction in the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic; building scenarios to have proactive plans when situations arise.

At the same time, grasp the situation of workers, continue to promote propaganda to raise awareness for workers to effectively implement epidemic prevention and control measures for themselves, their families and the community.
