Nghe An: Surprise inspection of administrative discipline enforcement after Lunar New Year
(Baonghean.vn) - On February 1, the surprise inspection team on the implementation of administrative discipline of the province led by comrade Nguyen Viet Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Director of the Department of Home Affairs inspected the communes and towns of Dien Chau district.
Conducting a surprise inspection of the implementation of the office culture regulations, regulations on internal rules and working regulations of agencies, units and localities; the implementation of working hours, in the communes of Dien Trung, Dien Hanh, Dien Xuan and Dien Chau district town, the inspection team noted that right from the first working days of the new year, the communes and towns of Dien Chau district started working with a spirit of urgency right from the first day and month of the year; seriously complied with the arrangement of civil servants to work, fully implemented labor discipline and in accordance with regulations; civil servants did not leave their positions during working hours.

Through the inspection, the delegation reminded localities to continue to strictly implement the observance of office culture, civil servants need to wear badges when working and receiving citizens; ensure the hygiene of the headquarters and office landscape; arrange civil servants to be on duty at the one-stop department when localities organize meetings; fully post administrative procedures according to regulations.
At the same time, communes and towns need to improve the quality of documents on annual work plans, monthly work programs, etc.

During the inspection at the localities, comrade Nguyen Viet Hung - Director of the Department of Home Affairs emphasized: The purpose of the inspection is to further strengthen the enforcement of discipline and administrative discipline at agencies, units and localities in the province according to Directive 26/CT-TTg in 2016 of the Prime Minister and Directive 17 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on strengthening discipline and order in state administrative agencies.
