Nghe An conducts surprise inspections of compliance with discipline and administrative discipline at agencies and units
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of January 30, the inspection team for compliance with discipline and administrative order of Nghe An province organized surprise inspections at a number of localities and units.
The delegation made a surprise inspection at the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. The inspection showed that the specialized departments basically strictly followed working hours and office culture.

Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Doan Hong Vu said: In the last months of the year, the sector focuses on advising the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee in directing the assurance of social security, people's lives and Tet gifts for the subjects. The department's leaders require cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to strictly follow working hours, ensure smooth work, and not be blocked for any reason.
The Department has issued a specific action plan and program to carry out political tasks in 2024, including continuing to strengthen discipline, administrative discipline, administrative reform, and improving public ethics for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the industry.
Next, the delegation inspected the activities at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center. According to the delegation, the center was still quite crowded with people and businesses coming to do transactions during the days near the Lunar New Year. Departments and branches arranged for full and serious staff and civil servants to be on duty.

Total number of applications received during the year: 291,314 applications, an increase of 81,047 applications, an increase of 38.5% over the same period in 2022. Number of applications submitted online: 121,316 applications, reaching 42.9%. Number of public service uses: 174,594 times, including home submission and return of results services.

Comrade Nguyen Dinh My - Deputy Director of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center said: The tightening of discipline, administrative discipline, improving the attitude and service style of the staff, civil servants and public employees has been of interest to the Provincial Public Administration Service Center in the past time. Accordingly, each officer strictly implements the regulations on awareness, responsibility, working process, style, attitude and working hours.
The Provincial Public Administration Service Center ensures to serve well the receiving of documents and return of results to people and businesses until February 7, 2024 (December 28 of the lunar calendar) according to the province's Tet holiday schedule and start working on February 15, 2024.

The delegation inspected the settlement of administrative procedures for people at the One-Stop Service of Hung Nguyen District. The inspection showed that the district's departments and offices performed the assigned tasks of the officers, civil servants and public employees on duty at the One-Stop Service within the prescribed time.

Comrade Hoang Nghia An - Head of the Department of Internal Affairs of Hung Nguyen District People's Committee said: District leaders regularly disseminate to cadres, civil servants and public employees to strictly comply with discipline and administrative discipline through meetings, especially focusing on resolving administrative procedures for people. The district established surprise inspection teams for departments, offices and communes, towns and units.
The inspection team also reminded units and localities to continue implementing measures to strengthen discipline, administrative discipline, improve public ethics for officials and civil servants; comply with office culture, civil servants need to wear badges when working and receiving citizens.

Units and agencies need to arrange civil servants to be on duty at the one-stop-shop to handle administrative procedures, creating favorable conditions for citizens, organizations and businesses. At the same time, develop programs and work plans and strictly implement them. Continue to improve the role, responsibility, spirit, attitude and quality of service to the people of cadres and civil servants.
