Nghe An inspects compliance with mineral laws of 12 enterprises
(Baonghean.vn) - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to establish an interdisciplinary delegation to inspect mineral activities of enterprises and the responsibilities of district-level People's Committees in state management of minerals.

It is noteworthy that in the test content ofInterdisciplinary teamincludingIn addition to inspecting compliance with laws on minerals, land, environment, mine design, labor safety, and use of industrial explosives, the implementation of financial obligations, taxes, and other relevant laws will be inspected at a number of mineral exploitation sites in the province.
In addition, the Interdisciplinary Delegation will inspect the responsibility of the People's Committees of districts in state management of minerals in the area.
Regarding the inspection period, it is determined from January 1, 2018 to the time of inspection. The inspection team has the following duties and powers: Exercise the powers and responsibilities as prescribed by law; request related enterprises, organizations and individuals to work and provide documents related to the inspection content; handle according to authority or recommend and propose the Provincial People's Committee and relevant authorities to handle violations of enterprises, organizations and individuals as prescribed by law.
The interdisciplinary delegation includes the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Construction, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Environmental Police (Provincial Police) and Department of Taxation. The inspection period is 75 days from the date the Inspection Decision is announced.

According to the list of inspected mineral exploitation organizations (issued with Decision No. 3892/QD-UBND), there are 12 mineral exploitation enterprises in Quy Hop, Tan Ky and Quynh Luu districts inspected by the Interdisciplinary Team. Of which, Quy Hop district has 9 enterprises; Tan Ky district has 2 enterprises; Quynh Luu district has 1 enterprise.
Four districts of Quy Hop, Nghia Dan, Tan Ky, and Nam Dan were inspected for their responsibility in state management of minerals./.
