Nghe An proposes to handle 48 violating units with a fine of nearly 1.5 billion VND
(Baonghean.vn) - According to the Provincial Inspectorate's data in the first quarter of 2019, the whole province conducted 52 administrative inspections at 119 units, through inspections, 48 inspected units were found to have violations with the amount of violations and recommended handling of 1 billion 499 million VND.
The Inspectorate has conducted 159 specialized inspections on 836 individuals and organizations; through inspections, it has issued 198 decisions on administrative sanctions against 171 individuals and 27 organizations, with the fine amount of 1 billion 28 million VND, and collected 1 billion 147 million VND.

At the same time, the Inspectorate has carried out 15 public service inspections and inspections of the responsibilities of Heads at all levels and sectors in implementing legal regulations on inspection, complaints, denunciations and corruption prevention and control at 25 units.
Also in the first quarter of 2019, state administrative agencies at all levels in the province received 1,386 citizens coming to make complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections, an increase of 12.2% over the same period in 2018; received 1,562 petitions, a decrease of 13.5% over the same period in 2018.
Accordingly, the total number of cases under the jurisdiction of state administrative management agencies at all levels is 101 cases, an increase of 2.0% over the same period in 2018, including: 63 complaints (up 8.6%); 38 denunciations (down 7.3%); up to now, all levels and sectors have resolved 81/101 cases, reaching a rate of 80.2%.
