Nghe An disciplined 15 party organizations and more than 1,000 party members in 2017
(Baonghean.vn) - The above information was announced by the leader of the Inspection Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee at the Conference summarizing the inspection and supervision work in 2017; directions and tasks for 2018 organized by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on the afternoon of January 25.

Comrades Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee chaired the conference.
Accordingly, in 2017, Party committees at all levels and Party cells disciplined 15 Party organizations (an increase of 7% compared to 2016), of which 14 were reprimanded and 1 was warned. Among the Party organizations disciplined, there were 8 Party committees, standing committees of grassroots Party committees and 7 Party cells.
The reasons for being disciplined were due to violating resolutions, directives, regulations, conclusions of the Party, policies and laws of the State in 14 cases; violating working regulations, principles of democratic centralism and internal solidarity in 1 case.
Party committees at all levels also disciplined 829 party members (an increase of 28% compared to 2016), including: 579 reprimands, 201 warnings, 32 dismissals, and 17 party members expelled for violating the principles of democratic centralism, things party members are not allowed to do, population and family planning policies, finance, basic construction, etc.
Of which, the district party committee and the district party committee standing committee (equivalent) disciplined 163 party members; the grassroots party committee disciplined 538 party members, and the party cell disciplined 128 party members. Among the disciplined party members, 115 cases were party committee members at all levels.
The Inspection Committees at all levels disciplined 173 party members (an increase of 70% compared to 2016), including 94 party members who were members of the Party Committees at all levels. Of which, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee disciplined 2 party members; the lower-level Inspection Committees disciplined 171 party members.
The main violations are things that party members are not allowed to do, lack of responsibility, lax leadership and management of the State on land, resources, minerals, etc.
