Secretary of the Quynh Lap Commune Party Committee, Mr. Ho Sy Hoang, reported that there are many tricks of businesses sending workers abroad such as giving them language lessons but forcing them to wait a long time, making them discouraged; or businesses committing that workers will do one job but when they go abroad, they have to do another job.
From the practical situation, Mr. Hoang suggested that it is necessary to manage well the enterprises that send workers abroad, because in reality, the demand for labor export is still very high, especially for female workers, and the practice of exporting labor in the locality has brought about very good results, contributing to improving the lives of families with workers abroad.
Vice Chairman of Quynh Lap Commune People's Committee Nguyen Van Nho said: Currently, the locality has almost no access to labor export support policies, except for loan policies. However, there has only been one worker who borrowed 20 million VND 6-7 years ago.
The reason given by this commune leader is that the difference in lending interest rates between commercial banks and policy banks is not large.

Based on the results and effectiveness of the local labor export work with the number of 139 exported workers, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan - Deputy Head of the Culture - Social Committee of the Provincial People's Council suggested that the commune needs to update and fully grasp the policies issued by the Central and the province for implementation.
Ms. Lan also suggested that it is necessary to step up propaganda so that workers have information and go abroad through official channels; at the same time, closely monitor units entering the area to carry out labor export work to ensure the rights of workers.
