Nghe An establishes a zoning plan for construction of Area D, Nam Cam Industrial Park, 750 hectares wide, in Nghi Hung and Nghi Dong communes (Nghi Loc).
(Baonghean.vn) - The 1/2000 scale construction zoning plan for Area D - Nam Cam Industrial Park, part of the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone, has a scale, survey and planning research of about 750 hectares, organized by the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board.
The location and boundary of the planning project are in Nghi Hung and Nghi Dong communes (Nghi Loc), the North borders N4 road and the existing residential area; the South borders National Highway 7C; the East borders the existing residential area and agricultural land; the West borders the North-South expressway.

Current land use status in the survey and planning research area includes: land handed over to WHA Industrial Zone 1 - Nghe An Project (phase 2) 343.95 ha, production forest land 9.27 ha, perennial crop land 2.62 ha, other annual crop land 40.06 ha, rice land 326.43 ha, water surface land 8.9 ha, rural residential land 4.4 ha, traffic land 2.07 ha, unused land 6.75 ha, land for construction material production 5.55 ha. There are no residents within the survey and planning research area.
Up to now, in the research and planning area, there are projects that have been approved in principle and granted investment licenses, including: WHA Industrial Zone 1 - Nghe An Project (phase 2), with a land use area of 354.5 hectares; Mechanical product manufacturing complex project, with a land use area of 10,169 hectares; Forestry processing factory project, domestic consumption and export, with a land use area of 17,133 hectares; Nghe An logistics center project, with a land use area of 8,870 hectares.
The establishment of the 1/2000 scale Construction Zoning Plan for Area D - Nam Cam Industrial Park aims to concretize the General Construction Plan for the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone approved by the Prime Minister; serve the management of construction planning, attract investment; maximize the potential and location advantages; enhance the use value of the existing local land fund, contributing to the socio-economic development of the region as well as the province.
At the regular meeting last August, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee agreed in principle to allow WHA Industrial Zone Nghe An Joint Stock Company to sponsor funds to conduct surveys and establish a 1/2000 scale construction zoning plan for Zone D - Nam Cam Industrial Park in Nghi Hung and Nghi Dong communes (Nghi Loc).
