Nghe An: Collecting opinions on satisfaction level at one-stop department
(Baonghean.vn) - Currently, Nghe An province has 23/25 departments and branches; 21/21 districts, cities and towns and 457/480 commune-level units that have implemented the one-stop, one-stop mechanism, and improved administrative reform.
The report of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee said: The results of the files at provincial departments and branches are currently resolved on time and before the deadline reaching 99.36%, the number of files is late 0.63%. At the district level, the number of files is resolved on time and before the deadline is over 98.96%; the number of files is late 0.87%; the number of files is pending 0.17%.
At the commune level, over 99.42% of cases were resolved correctly and before the deadline; 0.54% of cases were delayed; and 0.05% of cases were pending.

The department for receiving and returning results under the one-stop mechanism in the investment sector located at the Provincial Investment Promotion and Support Center has been in operation since June 19, 2017. It has received documents and returned results for handling administrative procedures (TTHC) of 4 agencies: Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Construction, Department of Natural Resources and Environment and Nghe An Fire Police.
The one-stop center has publicized the process, enhanced the connectivity and responsibility of the departments handling administrative procedures associated with the monitoring and supervision of the interconnected one-stop department.
In 2018, Nghe An focused on directing administrative reform (AR) at 7 agencies with many administrative procedures related to people and businesses, including: Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Construction, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Transport, Department of Finance, Office of the Provincial People's Committee and Vinh City People's Committee.

Currently, the Department of Home Affairs is coordinating with the Department of Planning and Investment and the RALG Project to collect opinions and assess the level of satisfaction at the one-stop-shop department of 07 agencies and units implementing the administrative reform pilot program and localities in the project areas of Cua Lo, Quy Hop and Quy Chau.
