Nghe An: Floods rise, roads turn into rivers, houses submerged in water
(Baonghean.vn) - Prolonged rain forced many hydroelectric plants in the highlands of Nghe An to release floodwaters, causing river water levels to rise, many roads to turn into rivers, and many houses to be submerged in floodwaters.
