A fire broke out at Ly Hong electronics and refrigeration store in the center of Hoa Binh town market, Tuong Duong district.
The cause could be an electrical short circuit in the store. Because the store is reinforced with plastic, the fire spread faster.

When the fire was discovered, surrounding residents and local authorities came to the rescue, evacuated the restaurant's furniture and controlled the fire from spreading to neighboring buildings and shops.
