On March 12, 2020, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department issued Instruction No. 72-HD/BTGTU on propaganda for Party congresses at all levels, the 19th Nghe An Provincial Party Congress and the 13th National Party Congress.

From now until the end of the 13th National Party Congress, Nghe An will launch 3 peak propaganda campaigns, focusing on disseminating, thoroughly grasping and implementing the directives and instructions of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, the Central Party Secretariat, the Central Party Committees, the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committees, and Party committees at all levels on the organization of Party congresses at all levels and the Party's election regulations; citizen reception work; handling of petitions, complaints and denunciations related to congress personnel; and the results of implementing the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels for the 2015-2020 term.

In addition, there are comments from agencies, organizations, cadres, party members and people on the draft documents of Party congresses at all levels, the 19th Provincial Party Congress and the 13th National Party Congress.

Activities and results of Party congresses at all levels, especially election results, congress resolutions on goals, directions, tasks, solutions and plans to implement resolutions of Party congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term.

At the same time, during the process of Party congresses at all levels, it is always important to propagate, fight against, and refute false and hostile viewpoints and information, taking advantage of comments on congress documents to distort and deny Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's thought, the Party's guidelines and policies, the Constitution, the State's laws, and the congress's personnel work; criticize factionalism, localism, and group interests that cause internal disunity; indifferent attitudes, lack of responsibility, and lack of awareness of Party building...
