Nghe An: July 15th candidates officially adjust admission wishes

(Baonghean.vn) - The Ministry of Education and Training has just issued an 'urgent' document No. 2801/BGDĐT-GDĐH on Guidelines for implementing university and college entrance exams in 2017.

The document sent to universities, academies, colleges enrolling in teacher training programs, Departments of Education and Training, etc. has many contents. Among them, it requires schools not to adjust the content of the announced enrollment plan.

In particular, from July 9 to July 11, 2017, the admission portal will open for candidates to practice adjusting their online registration wishes.

However, this is only a trial run of the software to help candidates get familiar with how to adjust their online registration wishes. The results of candidates' practice adjusting their registration wishes on the Admissions Portal will be completely deleted after the trial run ends.

The system will be reset so that candidates can officially adjust their registration wishes from July 15, 2017.

In Nghe An, implementing the above opinion, this morning (July 5), the Department of Education and Training also issued document No. 1362/SGDĐT - KTKĐGDCL on instructions for adjusting admission registration wishes in 2017 to relevant units. Accordingly, the exam management software system will be open until July 7, 2017 for the Department of Education and Training to correct errors in candidate information (except for errors in exam subjects, regional priorities, and subject priorities).

To support candidates, the exam management software administrator of the application receiving point (QTV) continues to check and review candidate information. If there are any errors, immediately report them to the Department for instructions.

In addition, officers, teachers, and administrators on duty at the unit will open computer rooms with Internet connection and provide instructions for candidates to use to adjust their admission registration wishes online from July 15 to July 26, 2017.

In particular, from July 15 to 5:00 p.m. on July 21, 2017, candidates use their personal accounts and passwords to adjust their NVĐKXT online if the number of wishes after adjustment is not greater than the number of wishes initially registered when registering for the exam.
