The Spring Meeting with Investors 2019 was organized by Nghe An province and Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development - BIDV at Vinpearl Discovery Cua Hoi Hotel Convention Center, Cua Lo town on Saturday, February 23, 2019.

Inauguration of the Nui Tien Pure Water and Fruit Juice Factory of TH Group in Nghia Son Commune, Nghia Dan District (Total investment of 1,177 billion VND; pure water production line with capacity of 600,000 liters/day and night, 40,000 bottles/hour and fruit juice production line with capacity of 36,000 bottles/hour).

Inauguration of DKC Petroleum Depot (with a scale of building a petroleum, asphalt and gas depot with a capacity of 115,000 m3)3, total investment of 598 billion VND) and announced DKC Petroleum Port (with a scale of building a specialized port to receive ships with a capacity of up to 49,000 DWT, 1 port to receive ships with a capacity of up to 10,000 DWT; Total investment of 570 billion VND) in Nghi Thiet commune, Nghi Loc district of Thien Minh Duc Group Joint Stock Company.

Opening of Vinh - Bangkok flight route and putting Vinh Airport International Terminal into operation.
On this occasion, Decision No. 17/QD-TTg dated January 4, 2019 of the Prime Minister approving the pilot project "Building Nam Dan district, Nghe An province to become a model new rural district in the direction of cultural development associated with tourism, period 2018 - 2025" and promoting investment in Nam Dan district, co-organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and Nghe An Provincial People's Committee at 8:00 a.m. on February 24, 2019 at the Nam Dan District Cultural and Sports Center.
