Records at Que Phong High School show that although candidates started doing procedures at 2:00 p.m., many candidates still had not arrived at the exam room by 3:00 p.m.
During the application process, many candidates still make mistakes in their documents, the most common of which are incorrect names, incorrect dates of birth, and incorrect ID numbers.
For example, the case of candidate Vy Lay Phon. Although her full name is Vy Lay Phon on her ID card, her exam notice says Vy Lay Phon. In some other cases, such as Luong Van Hoai, she lost her ID card.
In all these cases, the invigilators asked the candidates to re-declare the errors in the correction report, which the students wrote and signed themselves. For students who lost their records, the examination board asked the candidates to make a commitment, ensuring that they would still be allowed to take the exam according to regulations.

This afternoon (June 21), the mobile inspection team of the Department of Education and Training also directly inspected the examination council of Que Phong High School. The inspection showed that the examination site had ensured the conditions of facilities, equipment, and had enough waiting rooms for independent candidates.
However, there are still some limitations that need to be adjusted, especially in the arrangement of examination tables in the examination rooms. The inspection team also reminded the supervisors to check the lighting equipment and electric fans in the examination rooms, ensuring that no incidents occur before the exam takes place.
Across the province, this afternoon at 61 examination sites, nearly 31,000 candidates from Nghe An have also begun completing procedures. After checking, although there were still errors, candidates were given the opportunity to correct their information according to regulations. After all candidates were present in the examination room, the invigilators also reminded them of the examination schedule and disseminated the examination regulations.
In particular, remind candidates to strictly follow the regulations on the examination room and the responsibilities of candidates such as: being present in the examination room at the specified time. Candidates who arrive more than 15 minutes late after the test start time signal will not be allowed to take the exam that day; 10 minutes after the test papers are distributed, they must check and report any errors in the test papers.
Candidates must immediately report any errors in missing pages, torn, damaged, blurred pages, or exam codes in different component subjects of the combined exam for timely handling.

In case you fill in the wrong answer or want to change the answer, you need to erase the pencil in the old box, then fill in the box you choose. Do not mark or make your own symbols, adjust the information accurately and completely in the items.
