Nghe An: Striving for commercial electricity output to reach over 3,419 million kWh

In 2018, Nghe An experienced many natural disasters that caused difficulties in managing and operating the power grid. However, Nghe An Electricity Company still fully met the electricity demand for socio-economic development and people's daily life.
With commercial electricity output reaching over 3,103 million kWh, up 10.5% compared to 2017, revenue reached over 5,200 billion VND.

In 2019, with the theme "Improving the efficiency of power system and electricity market operations", Nghe An Electricity Company continues to promote the application of science and technology; arrange and perfect the production organization in accordance with the orientation of the Corporation; operate safely, stably, and provide quality electricity to meet the socio-economic development needs of the province, striving to achieve a commercial electricity output of over 3,419 million kWh.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Ngoc Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged the results achieved in business and customer care of Nghe An Electricity Company. The Company has promptly overcome natural disasters, upgraded and invested in new power grid systems in the province, especially in industrial parks and remote communes, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.
He requested that in the coming time, Nghe An Electricity Company continue to operate the power system safely and stably, ensuring sufficient power supply for socio-economic development and people's daily life, especially during major holidays of the year and during the traditional New Year of the Pig 2019.
