The province has been prioritizing necessary resources to implement many solutions to gradually narrow the gender gap in all areas of social life; significantly improve women and children's access to health, education and employment services, especially women in disadvantaged areas. This has contributed to enhancing the status, role and power of women, creating favorable conditions for women to make practical contributions to the sustainable development of families, communities and society, gradually reducing inequality between men and women.
