(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 25, the Military Command of Ky Son district announced that it had just discovered and successfully moved a strange bomb and many cluster bombs discovered by local people while working in the fields.

Accordingly, on the morning of August 24, a resident of Dong Duoi village, Tay Son commune, while working in the fields, discovered a bomb in the field he had just cleared. This person tried to contact the Military Command of Ky Son district, and the unit sent a working group to approach the scene and isolate the area containing the bomb.

What is special is that among the bombs discovered by the people there was a strange bomb.

According to Captain Le Huu Kham, Operations Assistant, Ky Son District Military Command, at first, people saw the strange bomb and mistook it for a valuable item. However, after discovering some cluster bombs nearby, they were shocked and worried. Fortunately, people did not have a strong impact on this strange bomb.

Currently, the above quantity of bombs has been safely preserved by the Ky Son Military Command and reported to the Engineering Department of the Provincial Military Command for testing and destruction.
