Nghe An: New price range for renting space at markets

(Baonghean.vn) -Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has Decision No. 73/2016/QD-UBND stipulatingon service prices for using sales area at markets in the province.

Accordingly, the service price for using sales area at markets in Nghe An province applies to markets invested by state budget and non-state budget sources. The decision takes effect from January 1, 2017. At the same time, Decision No. 16/2015/QD-UBND dated March 4, 2015 of the Provincial People's Committee on promulgating regulations on collection levels and management regime of market fees in Nghe An province is annulled.

Revenue from providing services using sales areas at markets in the province, after fulfilling obligations to the state budget according to the provisions of law, the head of the agency or unit has the right to manage, use and regulate the budget according to the provisions of law.
